College Writing Skills 2

An in-depth six week course where students will develop more advanced writing skills and craft a completed college entrance essay. Students will explore syntax, style, mechanics, grammar, and their own writing voice. Students will begin with the three point method of short answer writing and then progress into longer essay length.   Taking prompts directly from the Common App, students will hone their skills over the course and end with at least one fully developed essay ready to submit. We will meet each Friday, beginning April 18th through May 23rd, from 9:00 - 11:00.
